The US and most European economies are facing serious economic problems. What is the picture for the Polish economy? Will the high GDP growth continue in coming years? What are the major drivers of the country’s economic growth? How resistant is the local economy to the global and continental shocks and why? What are the future scenarios for development? How will all of those factors affect the property markets in Poland? These are the key questions to be addressed in the presentation and in the panel discussion of the “Welcome Session” of the CEMP’s symposium. The numbers and factors will be supplemented by commentaries, comparative data and examples as well as by an independent opinion of international business leaders. |
