The Polish residential market is now experiencing a high rate supply growth and this tendency should be expected to stay for a few years to come. The growing number of operating companies and rapid changes – increases - on land prices in the country’s top cities have forced many developers and investors to search for new promising and more profitable alternative markets. REAS has analysed 3rd–tier Polish cities - 32 local markets populated by 100,000 – 500,000 people (i.e. Bydgoszcz, Olsztyn, Szczecin and Rzeszów) - in order to assess the attractiveness of such other residential markets for the next few years. Attendees will be very surprised by the still possible high ROI rates in such cities. Learn it! |
