2007 saw in Poland record levels of demand for the services of the construction industry in order to meet the needs of investors… just at a time when there is significant emigration of Polish construction workers to western European markets. Not only are the human resources for construction a problem in Poland but also the recent credit crunch has made the financing of developments more difficult.

Three experts selected by the RICS will explore these issues and seek to understand if the Polish construction industry really has what it takes to meet the demands placed on it by developers and investors hungry for new investment product.
