2007 saw in Poland record levels of demand for the services of the construction industry in order to meet the needs of investors… just at a time when there is significant emigration of Polish construction workers to western European markets. Not only are the human resources for construction a problem in Poland but also the recent credit crunch has made the financing of developments more difficult.
