Hungary, because of its geographic location and its history, has been and is, the communication door between Western, Eastern and Central Europe; obviously this has given the nation a series of advantages in all fields, including real estate.
In this session we will have an introduction to the country’s economy and urban planning matters as well as to key issues for real estate investments and taxation. Also the different real estate markets (residential, offices, retail, logistics…) will be analyzed and special attention will be given to the 2nd National Development Plan for Infrastructure Investments, and particularly to the ones that will be financed with European funds which, therefore, will mean business opportunities for non-Hungarian companies.
Finally, it will also be presented the “Hungarian Cities Integrated Strategic Development Program”, with an emphasis in the beautiful city of Budapest that without any doubt represents, surely as no other European city, a huge opportunity for companies specialized in building restoration.
This session will, without any doubt, enlarge horizons in Central Europe and will surprise in a very positive way, making of Budapest and Hungary a sure bet for those attending CEMP 2008.
