The founder and Board Member is Roman Fortuna. He enjoys fourteen-years experience in agency and advisory services on commercial real estate market in Poland. His career in international advisory and agency companies began in 1993 in Real Estate team of Price Waterhouse. He founded CP Roman Fortuna Sp. z o.o. at the beginning of 2004, becoming a Board Member.

During his career, Roman Fortuna acted on the market offering valuation and agency services on warehouse, industrial, office and retail properties market, acquiring properties on Clients' behalf, carrying out market research and analysis of different segments of commercial properties market, and financial analysis of investments projects.

All CPRF consultants acquired wide-spread economic, construction or surveyor knowledge. CPRF employs Property Valuers and Licensed Real Estate Brokers.

CPRF team also includes consultants and companies, we closely and constantly co-operate with. They are professionals acting in Łódź, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań or Szczecin. Co-operators are, among others,: architects, plant and machinery valuers, brokers, consultants and advisors.
