His professional experience has started in 1994, when he joined Arthur Andersen. He was co-founder of real estate team in 1996. In 2002 he was promoted to Partner. Since union of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young teams in 2002, Radoslaw was leading Mergers & Acquisition Team of Ernst & Young in Poland. He is one of the founders of Accreo (member firm of Taxand Global Alliance), which he joined as Partner in January 2006.

His experience includes: developing tax efficient strategies in respect of acquisition of shares by new investor in telecom sector [transaction volume $1 billion]; re-organisations in financial sector, preparation of feasibility studies and developing of the tax structures for securitization purposes; creation of numerous tax effective holding structures.

To date Radoslaw has supervised a number of projects concerning foreign investments in Poland. The main area of his professional interest is resolving tax problems related to acquisitions, mergers and transformation of companies; developing optimal tax structures of financing real estate and lease projects. Radoslaw has been representing taxpayers in numerous proceedings with tax authorities and before the Supreme Administrative Court.
