Oliver Gilmartin holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Southampton University and an MA in European Real Estate. He works as an economist for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Westminster, London and has commented on land and property issues across both national and international media. He previously worked at Citigroup and Fidelity investments before joining the RICS Economics team where he now provides economic and market analysis with a special focus on commercial property issues.
