Luigi Maianti has developed professionally, holding diverse managerial roles since 1984, amongst them Director of International Business at the LADY VAP Group (1990-93) and C.E.O. at the FIORANO Group in Spain (1994-200)
He has been C.E.O. at AES INVEST since 2001, an international investment company in financial markets, real estate and Venture Capital with subsidiaries in the U.S. Italy and North Africa. He is a shareholder of FLORIDA INVEST and its participating companies since 2004; he provides integral services for investors in the U.S. market.
He has been shareholder and Member of the board IRIS PLUS INTERNATIONAL, a business with a strong presence as a result of it’s own structure within international real estate markets as it offers a high profitability product to investors and consultancy services for agents wishing to develop further in up and coming countries and which has supported the strategy of international expansion and presence in the main real estate forums.
In 2007 he was appointed C.E.O. of the Italian Consortium – Argelia for the development of areas of natural interest.
