Andrzej started his professional career with Arthur Andersen in 1997. From 2002 Manager, subsequently Senior Manager at Mergers & Acquisitions and Litigation Team of Ernst & Young. He is co-founder of Accreo (member firm of Taxand Global Alliance) which he joined as Partner in September 2005.
Andrzej specializes in development of tax optimal investment structures and tax litigation.
Advisor to both domestic and foreign firms on investment and restructuring projects, acquisition of shares in Polish companies, incorporation of companies by foreign entities and real estate acquisitions. He has developed tax effective scenarios for acquisition of shares by new investor in telecom sector [transaction volume $1 billion], numerous restructurings of financial groups, production companies and restructurings in oil and gas sector.
Andrzej has also extensive experience in on-going advisory and in representing real estate clients at all stages of litigation proceedings, including both tax administration and the Supreme Administrative Court. The clients represented by Andrzej in disputes with the Polish tax authorities include Polish subsidiaries of major real estate investors in Poland.
