Paweł Sztejter has thirteen years of professional experience in the area of residential markets. As executive partner, he leads REAS’ research & advisory activities.
Paweł Sztejter specializes in market research and residential development consultancy. He actively participated in the research and planning of residential investments for such clients as: Dom Development, Fadesa, GE Real Estate, J.W. Construction, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, ORCO, Pirelli Real Estate, PKO Inwestycje or Prokom Investments.
Since 1994, prior to founding REAS, Paweł was a team leader within the World Bank group of advisors supporting the transformation of the Polish residential market. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute.
