Two Deputy Ministers of Poland and Bulgaria at CEMP

Poland’s Under Secretary of Infrastructures, Olgierd Dziekonski, will open CEMP 2008 on Wednesday, April 23rd at 10.00 a.m. with a presentation on “Making Poland investment-friendly”. And Bulgaria’s Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Savin Kovachev, will be a speaker at the session “Bulgaria: A Rising Star in CEE”, to take place on Wednesday, April 23rd at 5:45 p.m.
