| Olgierd Dziekoński, Poland’s Under Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructures, will open CEMP 2008 on Wednesday, April 23rd at 10.00 a.m. with a presentation on “Making Poland investment-friendly”. One of the basic goals of the Polish government with respect to housing policy is a thorough reform of the legislative system. In order to provide the developers with a favorable environment for the implementation of residential projects, it is necessary to further rationalize the investment process. |
