Capital city is unquestionably the largest and the strongest residential market in Poland and belongs to the narrow group of the largest cities in this part of Europe. It also has relatively the smallest number of inhabitants in the relation of the whole population of Poland. On one hand the housing needs are very high, on other the dramatic price growth may slow down the future demand. How may the capital city market  develops in the short-term and long-term perspective?
