Poland as a 40 million country has a number of large cities with a diverse economic situation. While some of them follow the capital city of Warsaw both in terms of low unemployment and fast development of the local economy, some other Polish main cities still experience serious social and economic problems. One third of all units built for sale in Poland is developed in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area. In the following four largest metropolitan areas - Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and “TriCity” (Gdansk + Gdynia + Sopot) – is where another one third of all the developers’ output is produced. The panel will help to understand the main differences between the major cities in Poland, their economic and demographic potential as well as the current situation of their residential markets. |
