Organized by the ULI.
Everyone acknowledges that Russia, and now the Ukraine, are two of the most important emerging property markets. Each has major potential for growth in all sectors to meet the needs of their rapidly-modernising economies. Each presents major opportunities for international real estate developers, investors and lenders. A panel of developers, investors and lenders will talk from their own direct experiences about the strengths and weaknesses of these markets and the opportunities and threats facing those who venture into them. The discussion will be moderated by Steven Shone, who has advised real estate clients for 25 years, the last 15 of them in the emerging markets of Central & Eastern Europe. |
