‘‘How to finance property developers and property buyers in Poland and in CEE‘‘ This is the title of the session organized by the RICS – a usual Barcelona Meeting Point and Central Europe Meeting Point collaborating institutions – to take place on Wednesday, April 18th at 4:15 p.m. During the last few years we have been observing a growing number of transactions in real estate sector in CEE which means an increased demand for debt financing. With the growing competition on the market, compression of yields and market saturation the bankers have to carefully consider all risk issues before granting the financing. Considering this situation the RICS session will study what are the major issues and the bank's expectations when financing investors or developers in Poland. The RICS panel will present a discussion between the debt providers and equity investors.
This session will be moderated by Malgorzata Cieslak MRICS, Associate Director Europe, Hypo Real Estate Bank International and will have Agnieszka Jachowicz MRICS, Property Fund Managing Director,BZ WBK AIB Investment Fund Corporation, Malgorzata Kosinska, Director, Head of Asset Management, Pekao Pirelli Real Estate, Dieter Knittel, Director Europe, Hypo International andAlois Lanegger, Managing Director, Raifeisen Leasing Real Estate.
