Enrique Lacalle, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 2nd International Real Estate Symposium & Exposition Central Europe Meeting Point, organized by Barcelona Meeting Point, considers that the 2nd edition of the Exhibition that closes its doors today “has turned out beyond all expectations; so many Spanish companies had never before crossed our borders for an international real estate meeting”.

Enrique Lacalle says that CEMP 2007 figures confirm the Event as “the First Real Estate Symposium in Central and Eastern Europe and a point of reference in the European Real Estate Industry . I do believe that, once again, we have served the real estate industry by creating a new meeting point where making contacts and business.”

Although it is very difficult to make an exact calculation, the estimate turnover of the real estate deals carried out in the duration of CEMP 2007 indicates that “real estate deals may exceed the 415 million euros though this figure may be defined in the next few months.”

Enrique Lacalle would like to highlight several aspects of CEMP 2007:

• First, the overall satisfaction of exhibitors, professionals, Symposium attendees, and national and international attendance.
• Second, CEMP 2007has contributed to the bilateral relationship between Poland and Spain and between Spain and Central and Eastern European countries.
• Third, CEMP 2007 has contributed to a fully hotel booking in the city thanks to its both national and international attendance, which has created business for the city of Warsaw in all industries: restaurants, commerce, leisure, etc.
• Fourth, the great level of parallel activities and events organized around CEMP 2007, specially the tour to Warsaw’s leading projects organized by the City Council.
