The Polish Developers Association (PZFD) will accurately present the property development industry in Poland as well as it will explain some singularities of the construction sector. This session’s goal is to give first hand information to the foreign developers and investors assembled at CEMP so that they can directly assess the pros and cons of the local market. Thus, the following issues will be addressed: a) Principles of co-operation with local authorities; b) Business opportunities in the residential market and construction market - key statistics for Poland, Warsaw and other large cities; c) Key drivers of the residential demand; d) Major trends and mid-term forecasts; e) What buyers are looking for -quarters and kind of apartments; f) Co-operation between Polish and foreigner developers - how it is and how it should be. Without any doubt this is a mandatory session for any foreign investor or developer considering making business in Poland.
