| Quite an interesting issue. For both Polish and foreign developers. For the Poles because the buildings refurbishment business is still quiet a new sub-sector and they want to learn from foreign experiences in this field. For foreigners because the lack of local experience presents an opportunity to take the lead in the business, although there some important issues, mainly legal issues, that need to be deeply analyzed. That’s why the Polish Developers Association (PZFD) has designed a session where the following issues will be addressed: a) The Polish Law on Cities Renewals; b) The upcoming new Polish Law on Cities Centers Renewal: how should it be; c) Other Polish Laws affecting the Cities Centers Renewals; d) The real cases of Szczecin and Lublin; e) The Spanish Law and experience on city center renewals and how it could apply to Poland’s. |
