| Spanish companies have developed over the last years a large financial and corporate power. This development has mostly been produced thanks to a long and favorable real estate cycle. Thus, some international observers wonder how Spanish companies will do if the cycle turns down. And just in case, one way of getting protected against the much feared real estate cycles and gain a constant growth, it is through the internationalization of operations. And that’s what, to the surprise of many European competitors, many Spanish companies have done. And Central Europe, in general, and Poland, in particular, offered an undeniable attractiveness to foreign property investors and developers. Which, and how, have their experiences? Problems? Which and where? What can be learned of them? Is it being really so worthy? |
