| Some international financial institutions are bearing the real estate companies activity in Poland. Central Europe can also offer to the financial institutions, long term growth and geographical diversification. In any case the peculiarity of real estate financing (mostly joined to the mortgage) makes them sensible to the legal framework of each country, and it is expected that the activity in Central and East Europe creates new challenges to the institutions of the several countries.
