| A discussion from borrower and lender insiders on the factors that impact obtaining financing in Central Europe and how you can influence them. Who are the players, what is the value of a "lender relationship" and how do competing borrowers affect your negotiating position? You will be encouraged to raise your own topics for discussion among the group, and formulate a strategy that can improve your financing results. Representatives of Europe"˜s largest and most active lenders in Central Europe will share their views on favored product, trends in loan terms, and tips to manage the lender to your benefit in a region where development opportunities can be as big as the headache of getting the right financing. To solve this, should Western developers bring along their own financing from their home bank? How do local developers manage it?" Are the financing criteria the same in the East as in the West? What and who can help owners get a project financed in Central Europe? And at what price? If you are really interested in developing in CEE, this session is a true “must"?. |
